Pricing for Venue

Pricing Basic package… $4900.00 Chair Seating   Pew Seating $5600 ceremony

This includes the following: for 100 guests         50 guests  $3900  w/ pews $4600 ceremony

( Our Wedding Director/Property host is included in pricing)

All our Weddings and events can be customized just for you.

  • Chairs for 100 quest
  • Linens and table for a reception with candle centerpiece ( black or white) other colors available.
  • 4 food table for caterers
  • Table for gifts and guestbook
  • Table for Wedding cakes
  • Altar dressed out with fabric and old fashion White barrels with floral in silks  (WE have other options for Altars. One of the advantages to not having a permanent altar.)
  • Royal Restroom a climate controlled trailer for guest
  • Bride and bridesmaids dressing can take place in the home but limited people. (holding area for bride and bridesmaids can be in the home) Groom and groomsmen must come dressed.
  • A Tent is always on hand due to heat or rain  (No additional charge)

A deposit of $500, is due to reserve the date. Then a payment plan will be set for you.  The balance is DUE in FULL two weeks prior to the Wedding event day.
